Bulacinno began with a simple idea — a place where the coffee is good, the food is fresh, and nobody rushes you out the door. From early-morning flat whites to long lunches and big events, we've grown into a café, restaurant and catering team that locals trust.
We roast for a proper cup, cook with what's fresh, and bring the same care to a single plate as we do to catering for hundreds.

Mr. Sarimbu brings strong financial acumen, negotiation skills and strategic vision, with the ability to adapt to shifting consumer trends such as digitalization and sustainability.
His remit across the group includes:

- Public representation — serving as the primary spokesperson for the brand in media, industry events and stakeholder meetings.
- Risk & compliance — ensuring adherence to legal guidelines, food-safety regulations and labour laws.
He started the Bulacinno chain of restaurants across 22 provinces in Papua New Guinea, which has since expanded to the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu.
